Best Engineering School USC vs. U Colo Boulder

<p>I am trying to help an international student decide between USC and U Colo Boulder for MS in Electrical & Electronics graduate program. He already got accepted at USC and is awaiting U Colo Boulder result. Any helpful advice? </p>

<li>Which school would be better for EE program?</li>
<li>The chances of getting financial aid at each school</li>
<li>Additional advice from folks experienced with each of these schools</li>

<p>USC has the stronger program and better chance at getting financial aid. However, if CU-Boulder is much cheaper, go to Colorado.</p>
