Where would the University of Pittsburgh rank? I’ve seen it come in at #11, is that correct for the most recent standings?

Also, does anyone have something to offer about the MPH at New York Medical College?

Thanks.

doesn’t matter what the world US ranking says, I don’t really buy it. I got all schools of public health above except for harvard, johns hopkins even offered me $33,000 scholarship to go there, but I eventually chose Yale. and man, it was actually one of the best choices I made in my entire life!! I’m absolutely in love with Yale, and I thought I would come on this site to tell future MPH students about my experience since I’m already in my last semester. Yale’s opportunities are endless. You can take courses basically anywhere you like, even undergraduate courses, which you should take because there are some RIDICULOUS professors who are teaching at Yale, and I mean ridiculous in a very good way. You can also get into all sorts of extracurricular activity that will enhance your school life. I have made some of my best friends in life here at Yale through dancing and singing acapella, as well as being on the committees for relay for life, student health ambassador, volunteering, etc. The people at Yale are awesome, period. I heard horror stories about other schools such as Johns Hopkins and Harvard, apparently the student life sucks… but hey, i have only heard from students who actually go there, i never experienced it myself… and seriously, I have come to know some Harvardians through extracurriculars, and sometimes I can’t help but feel bad for them going through a competitive environment like that, I mean come on, yes I should be learning, but we should also be having fun because we’re still in school!!
To sum up, don’t think twice, apply to Yale and attend if you’re accepted, best school in the world hands down. =)
