Best in the Pac 10

Lets say if you weigh everything together, such as academics, sports, social life, alumni network, area, and overall experience. What school do you think comes out number one in the Pac 10. Like who's your favorite pac 10 school?

The choices are:

Arizona
Arizona State
California
Oregon
Oregon State
Stanford
UCLA
USC
Washington
Washington State

Stanford by far. It’s an athletic and academic powerhouse. IMO the best school in the nation.

Stanford, of course.

UW since it’s in Seattle

man i really cant say which school is the best. i will just rank them

academics - stanford, then ucla
athletics - ucla obviously with most ncaa titles then either usc or stanford
alumni network - usc
social life - ucla
area - ucla definitely. located next to westwood, short distance to the beach, universal studios, hollywood, nice restaurants and clubs, sunny weather
overall experience - ucla

^^ Totally agree with Karinsagun.

^ I would agree with Karinsagun if he/she had Cal in the running for both academics and athletics. Also, Stanford’s alumni network is nothing to sneeze at, nor is the social life of the Arizona schools (can’t speak for Oregon/Washington schools).

i would like to add this also

Girls - ASU, USC/UCLA in 2nd. usc for white chicks, ucla for asian chicks. both are fine though

academics - Stanford, UCB
athletics - ASU, based on a ranking on SI, Stanford and Oregon next just because they beat USC
alumni network - Oregon (Phil Knight)
social life - ASU, just because it is so big
area - UCLA, then Stanford
overall experience - Stanford, obviously

Palo Alto is booooooring. I’d vote for UDub-Seattle if you don’t mind the rain.

Why?

academics - Stanford, Berkeley
athletics - UCLA, USC, Stanford
alumni network - Stanford, USC, Berkeley, UCLA
social life - USC, Stanford, Berkeley, UCLA
area - UCLA, Stanford, Berkeley, USC
overall experience -
1. Stanford
2. Berkeley
3. UCLA
4. USC

I agree with you butchokoy.
