I'm interested in international affairs and studies, but I don't know what schools other than Yale and Georgetown University that are good at these majors. If anyone have information about top 50 colleges good at international studies, business, or affair major, would you kindly share the information? Thanks ^0^

One of the schools that has among the highest ratings in this area is the University of Chicago. There are also sub areas to study there, such as a major in Latin American Studies, etc. The university has institutes for Study abroad in places such as Paris, Barcelona, London and Mexico. I highly recommend it.

Lewis & Clark College in Oregon! I talked to my alumni interviewer, and she went to Columbia afterwards for grad school, and most of the students in the program were from LC. They were also exempted from a bunch of classes people from the Ivies had to take. LC has a really rare IA department.

Other amazing undergraduate schools are:
Tufts
Georgetown SFS (whole school to IR ...)
Johns Hopkins
Claremont McKenna

Currently, the best school for international relations at the UNDERGRADUATE level is Columbia. Following Columbia, the undergraduate rankings goes...

1) Columbia
2) Georgetown
3) Hopkins
4) Tufts

For grad school, the rankings are:
1) SAIS (School of Advanced International Studies @ Hopkins)
2) SFS (School of Foreign Service at Georgetown)
3) HKS (Harvard Kennedy School of Government)
4) SIPA (School of Advanced and International Affairs @ Columbia)

PhD level:
1) Harvard
2) Columbia
3) Stanford
* Don't bother getting a PhD unless you get into a top three program. Waste of time and money.

Source: Been raised around the IR field. A lot of my family work at the World Bank/IMF/UN/UNESCO/IADB/you get the idea.

*Also, these rankings are purely for IR (International Relations) programs. Other schools have better programs in political science, economic development, political anthropology, etc...
