Hey guys! I am an international student and I am really interested in majoring in International Relations. I have some colleges that I searched and would like to apply to...and I "believe" these schools have strong IR programs...PLEASE correct me if I am wrong and please ADD MORE :) (I am not a student of like Georgetown caliber...etc)

Colleges:
- UBC...I hear it's the best college in canada for IR and it's recognized in the world
- Toronto...same with UBC but I hear UBC is a bit higher?
- McGill...but I hear it is weaker than UBC & Toronto
- George Washington...obviously this place is good?
- Syracuse...I am not sure?
- American University?

That is all I have for now...and I think all the schools I listed are pretty strong but which one is better than the other? ALSO...I would love to go to a college that has a nice (pretty) campus IF POSSIBLE...great location (I guess DC...somewhere with good opportunities?) and low (most possible) tuition...that is why I like UBC so much...doesnt it fit it all?
