<p>This is the wrong question. You and I both know that these are fine schools in IR. Will my rankings of the programs be any better than the usual rankings you’ve seen? why aren’t you asking yourself where you’ll do your best work? It’s a better question.</p>
<p>Best are Georgetown, Yale, Stanford. I’ve heard William and Mary has a great program. </p>
