Princeton is good

Princeton ranks 12, tied with Duke and Columbia. This is very respectable.
Search - Biological Sciences - Best Graduate Schools - Education - US News and World Report

This listing is for all the biological sciences. You may find more applicable rankings for your specific field within the biological sciences. For instance, UW Madison ranks 15th overall for biological sciences but is number 3 in Microbiology. Good luck.

Thanks for that site...

Only two of my schools are in the top 25 for my major... ugh

No worries - those are grad school rankings! You can get a great undergrad education in biology at many, many schools not on that list. One could even argue that there are less opportunities for undergrads to do research at schools with top-ranked grad programs, where graduate students do most of the important labwork.

^In my top-ranked grad program, undergraduates are a key part of the research team that includes graduate students, postdocs, and technicians. As a bonus, since we have a top-ranked graduate program, and therefore lots of professors with outstanding reputations and big budgets, undergraduates are given the opportunity to do noteworthy, cutting-edge research and possibly to publish their research in top journals.

Thank you Mollie +1 to the undergrads playing a key role in the research operations of a prestigious university.
