So What--Miles Davis

I don;t listen to jazz i should tryy it.

GDF,

You should try it. Try some of the more "accessible" jazz to begin with. I would suggest "Time Out" by Dave Bruebeck, also give a listen to "The Best of Blue Note", a compilation which includes several wonderful cuts: Blue Train by Coltrane, Maiden Voyage by Herbie Hancock, and Song for My Father by Horace Silver. I'm sure lots of people can give you some ideas. Also remember, "jazz" is like "rock", there are all kinds out there--just because you don't like one style, doesn't mean you won't like any of it.

Walt for Debby - Bill Evans
So What - Miles Davis
Manteca - Dizzie
