Right now im a highschool Junior
i have
a 3.5 GPA
(however if my freshman year is dropped it becomes a 4.0)
I have heard that most universities do not consider Freshman year
furthermore by senior year i should get that 3.5 up to a 3.7-3.9
with all my AP classes
Im also on the Yearbook staff at my school (going to be editor next year)
and i have 5+ volunteering hours.

I'm very interested in Journalism especially Broadcast/investigative journalism.
Someday i hope to work for CNN so my question is what are the best undergraduate school for Journalism geared in that direction?
I know Medill at northwestern,Cyracuse, and Missouri
however i live in Michigan so i was thinking of applying to UofM for communications and then going to Columbia Journalism for my graduate degree.

Also for any graduates of journalism school how do you think i should prepare so that my application is the best it can be by next year?
Thank you so much !
