Best Liberal Arts College to Double Major in Philosophy and Creative Writing?

<p>My S is doubling at Colgate in Philosophy & English…I am more aware of their Philosophy dept which I am told is one of the best departments at the school. English seems good too, and I know they have many creative writing offerings, but S has no experience in them.</p>
