Best major for firefighting @ UC?

I would like to go towards a career that involves using my physical body (i.e. police, firefighting, etc)
I would prefer not going into criminology and be a police because my brother is one.
So…
Which major would help towards my goal?

If anyone has an alternative career option that requires me to use my body more rather than my brain (such as a researcher), please feel free to post.

PS. I got into UCI, and possibly UCSD.

Why aren’t you going to community college instead? The careers you are interested typically provide coursework at community colleges
