Best/Most Prestigious Summer Programs?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could provide a list of the best/most prestigious summer programs for college applications? If possible, could you guys put the link down below? I’m currently a rising sophomore so any programs for sophomore year summer would be greatly appreciated but I would also love a general list!!
PS: How helpful are these camps and are they really hard to get into?
