Best Myers Briggs Personality for business?

"actually ive done extensive research and understand the fundamentals of it all very well.....yes i am only a senior in HS, but i am very well informed and have a deep passion for all of this...... I am personally more interested in the application of myers briggs....so i am more familiar with socionics and its application..."

Please tell us, then, about the extensive research you've done, because I am unable to locate a single APA journal containing an article about socionics. I have never heard of this term before and from what I can tell, it's a bunch of junk science made up by a European woman.

"...is simply because it all makes sense..."

Lots of things make sense, but it doesn't mean that they are correct. Nevertheless, it doesn't make sense to me that you can predict someone's career prospects based on their personality preferences, particularly since they are pliable and change over time.

"i do all of this for myself, and it is truly something i have a deep passion for..."

Which is nice, but that doesn't mean that you should go around and pretend that you know everything about someone (including whether or not they will succeed in a particular career) just by their scores. You don't know that. Stop pretending to.

"How do you determine which type are you? "

The actual Myers-Briggs is not available online (at least it shouldn't be) since it is owned and copywritten. You may be able to get it at your library. There are lots of knock-off tests available online. You can find the Keirsey Temerament Sorter in the book Plesae Understand Me, which results in the same scores about 75% of the time (though it is only about 60 questions, while the Myers-Briggs is 160).
