Best networking..

Which Ivies (Or Stanford for that matter) will be vital for a strong social/business connections in the future. After all networking is very important indeed, isn't it?

PS - Please include UCs - LA and Berkeley in your opinions.
Thanks! :)

Duke, Dartmouth,Princeton, Williams, Holy Cross, Amherst, Bowdoin all have great alumni networks.

This is really a dumb post. Universities that are strong will correlate to strong alumni networks… it just depends on strength of certain programs…

Yale- politics
Stanford- tech/entrepuenership
Penn- Business
Brown- Humanities
Harvard- Law/Business
Cornell- Hotel/eng/business

Just think about it… you are going to go to college to meet tons of people there. These will be your friends and people you stay in contact with. If a college sucks at a major, not many strong candidates will apply/attend there and it won’t be as successful for networking.

I don’t think you know what networking is if you think it can be ranked.

Of course networking can’t be ranked officially. I just wanted to know personal opinions.

Especially, what kind of networking - as you rightly linked Yale to politics and so forth.
I guess I framed my question wrong!
