I’m pretty sure I want to major in neuroscience; which schools have the best programs?

Amherst, Pomona, Washington & Lee, Harvey Mudd, Swarthmore, Claremont McKenna, Wellesley, Hamilton and Carleton might be some schools to consider.
This list has Amherst College as the best school for undergraduate neuroscience, followed by Columbia.
Also mentioned in alphabetical order, were Brown, Johns Hopkins, MIT, Middlebury, Tulane, UCLA, Penn, USC, Vandy and WashUStL.

Be aware that lists like this are all over the web, and are pretty unreliable. Nevertheless, between that list and the list merc81 found, you have tagged a lot of the good choices.
Not all of them - I’m sure that Harvard and Stanford and Yale and Chicago all have strong programs too.
