Best New SAT book *for ELL students*

I’m wondering if any of you have any idea what SAT prep book currently on the market is best for ELLs?
That is, students
(1) whose native language is not English
(2) who are still learning the language
(3) who have never taken standardized tests
(4) who have to take the SAT this Spring
AND
(5) who are aiming for scores in the 1000-1200 range.

How good is this guy’s English?

Good for someone who has 3 hours a week of English for English Learners, but lives in a non English speaking environment. Able to read SAT books with dictionary help but nowhere near fluent yet. Above what American students have for AP French, AP Spanish…
