Extra thanks, too, to all the CC members who spend time answering questions and otherwise helping out other CC members. Without those parents, college students, etc., who have stuck around to help those new to the college process, CC would be less useful and a lot less friendly!

Thanks CC for your great resource. I know, I lived by this site the past few weeks. I am honored to say my son was accepted to UC Berkeley and my daughter is going to UCLA—both for the Fall, 2011 (they’re twins). Relief and gratitude.
This forum has been my go to place for everything related to college from the SAT to course selections to college admissions in the last year or so. I greatly appreciate all the work everyone here does and hold deep respect for the individuals who strive for those top universities. Good luck to all.
I’m waist-high in stress right now, and it was really, really great to see a post like this to help calm me down. I haven’t been terribly active, but I’ve learned so much on CC these past few months its ridiculous.

Thank you CC! Even if I get rejected from the 4 schools I get replies from today, this place has helped me tremendously! I have founded out about scholarships and facts about schools that I would not find anywhere else. CC has helped with the college admissions process so much.
