I need to find a university that can accept an average SAT score of 1300 and 2.0-2.5 GPA. I’m willing to take the IELTS too, but please help me find a university that can accept such scores for computer science in Canada.

Average GPA’s for students entering Canadian universities starts at 3.3 and goes up from there. Canadians with lower GPAs go to community college.
Douglas College has a 2 year certificate program which you might be able to get into. BCIT has several 4 year degree programs in comp sci but you’ll need to up your grades. both in Vancouver area.
