Best options for me?

Hey I was wondering what the best options for me would be with the following stats:
33 ACT
4.204 GPA, 3.97 UW, 2/399
SAT II: Chemistry 800, Math 1 730, US history 740
Decent Involvement; captain of a Varsity team, and on three sports total, was part of a German exchange program (we went over there and attended school as well as them coming over here), President of German Club, a couple other minor involvements in community service and leadership
Won a local engineering competition + made it into semifinals of a national engineering competition

I'm really looking for some options as far as schools where I can get good merit aid. Ideally, I would get full tuition or more to any schools suggested, but I am looking to pay a little more for a top tier school. As far as schools that use financial aid, they don't seem to be to good of a prospect because I would still be paying a crazy amount at most schools. Can anyone recommend some schools, (midwest is best, but anywhere is okay) where I could get merit aid but also get a great Mathematic or Engineering Education? I really would like a good school in Mathematics that would give out full-tuition or better. That is all.

Also, I am applying to the Univetrsity of Illinois. Do you think I would be eligible for good scholarships there.

Look here for the assured Full tuition scholarships for your stats…

UIUC won’t likely give you much/anything for an ACT 33. UIUC isn’t known for merit scholarships, and the few that get them have higher stats.

I think Alabama is the highest ranked school that will give full tuition for an ACT 32+. And if you major in Engineering or Comp Sci, then you get an additional 2500 per year. Must apply by Dec 1.
