Best path into the United States?

Admission to med school is NOT prestige-dependent.
In short, if you really want to work in the US, you should attend a university where you can get a full ride or a full tuition scholarship, and save the money your can get from your government (either all at once for med school or if you’re allowed to “take it and bank it for later” in order to maximize the amount - assuming it’s a grant, not a loan, or a “zero interest loan”?) THEN use your money specifically for med school.
There will be few med schools in the US that admit you and most of those will want to see a superb record (grades, MCAT scores, research, medical experience/volunteering.)
So, the path is narrow.
Or, you could become a computer engineer. Or a Physician’s Assistant.
