I have a bunch of books that I'm looking to sell. Everything from Math 31 series, to 60's Cluster, to EngComp, to Econ, to Management/Accounting, and more.

Where is the best place to list these? I've tried craigslist but have had no real luck and all of my friends were in the same boat as me and are all past these classes.

Hardly anyone I know purchase textbooks from Craiglist. You can sell back on Half.com or Amazon, but their commission is very high. If you set it at reasonable prices, they can be off your hands quickly.

The other way is through Bruinwalk or another direct person-to-person selling method. There you can keep the most profits, but successful rates are lower since it is hard to find people.

Yes. If I remember correctly, the price to rent a book is nearly the same as the cost of the book when bought new/used. And when you return return the book, you don’t receive any money back. Buy online and sell back online to receive at least 90% of your money back.
