Best plan to get into a top 5 MBA program from another field?

Hey guys, I have a science degree with a low GPA and hated every minute of studying for it. I'm a few years out of college and am thinking of changing gears into business. My other option, of course, is to go to a third world country to do med school, but looking at the grim fate of medicine in this country, especially of primary care doctors, makes me hesitant. Other than the fact I am, again, not very interested in the subject.

I want to do business and have the security of an MBA. From my understanding, an MBA not from the top 5-10 schools isn't of very high value anymore. Well all top MBA programs require a high GPA, so should I go back and get a second bachelor's degree, just to try to get into business school?

I was also thinking of getting a second bachelor's in engineering, though getting a 3.5+ GPA in engineering will be FAR more difficult than doing the same in Marketing for instance, is it wise to go into engineering if one has top-MBA ambitions? Thanks beforehand!
