<p>A good safety school might be Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania. Apparently it's mostly pre-meds there and they get a lot of interaction with professors, and get into top med schools when the time comes. So definitely don't rule out the LACs for pre-med undergrad...</p>
<p>But if you're certain about pre-med, a lot of schools have 7-8 year programs that's like a combined BS/MD. I know Brown, BU, and Penn State have this and I'm sure there are others...</p>
