I'm taking Biology E in January. Because I haven't had biology since 10th grade (senior now) and I won't be taking AP Bio till the Spring semester, I need a HARDCORE prep book. I'm taking E instead of M since I self-studied Environmental Science last year so that should help out with the E part.

So, what prep book should I get? I will have about 2 months to study and I will be going HARDCORE over Christmas break.

PR/Sparknotes is what I used

i did pretty well on bio-e without much prep (over 700)

i initially planned to do bio-m but i realized that it was impossible and i switched during the test

^ What biology courses have you taken in school?

I took AP bio with a Horrible teacher.
I also used PR/Sparknotes. If you want to make sure you’ll get 750+ though, get Barrons or Kaplan. PR has excellent pratice tests, but the content is so broad. It leaves out a lot of information…

Barron’s for general review, PR for practice tests. Use an AP review book for any topic that you need a more thorough explanation of. This strategy got me a 780.

Just ordered Barron’s from Amazon. Time to read it like 3-4 times…
