Whats the best book(s) to prep for AP euro exam?

For me, and for many others in my AP Euro class this past year, the Princeton Review book was the best. I would highly recommend it, as the review it provides is pretty good, not too detailed, but not too general. The practice tests are good too, esp. the MC ones, because very similar questions appeared on the actual AP test, and I even saw a couple that were exactly the same. I used only the Princeton Review book to study, and I got a 4. You may want to ask your teacher which book to use if you're still not sure. Hope this helps, and good luck with the class!

took the test this year
Use Modern European History by Viault coupled with PR
Got a 5.

Modern European History + PR

Princeton got me a 5. I really like their review, it's in-depth enough to trigger your memory, but not so much that it bogs you down. I also used Modern European History for a couple weeks near the beginning, but then I forgot about it. Like, I put it somewhere and forgot it existed. Good for learning pure facts.

I got a 5 without knowing about the book "Modern European History". I basically wasted $$$ on every company's Euro review book (except Kaplan, I hate Kaplan)

Kaplan is pretty much the worst attempt at a prep book, ever.

I'm using Kaplan for Chemistry and its pretty good so far. The Princeton version confused me a little

I liked barron's

Princeton Review...it also had really helpful practice tests

Used combination of:
PR -- great practice exams; I personally didn't like the review info..it made me feel as if I were reading a textbook; there was information in there that just isn't necessary.
Barrons -- very consise review content
Cliffs -- I really liked the timelines at the beginning of each chapter; they told you the main points for each era, so you can just pinpoint the important events and review those.

Like Bloodandiron, I did not even know ModernEuroHistory existed until a few days before the test, and I got a 5 :)
