I know you all probably get this a lot, but I really want some advice. Also, I've been getting some conflicting views on what to do.

I took the ACT for the first time in April and I got a 29 (or at least the first I have tried on). Specifically, I got:

English: 28
-Usage/Mechanics: 16
-Rhetorical Skills: 13
Mathematics: 27
-Pre-Algebra/Elem. Algebra: 16
-Algebra/Coord. Geometry: 15
-Plane Geometry: 12
Reading: 27
-Social Studies/Sciences: 15
-Arts/Literature: 13
Science: 33
(Writing isn't required at the college I want to attend.)

The scholarship that I am going to try to go for calls for me to have at least a 31. I would like to know what preparation I could do to get two points higher. The reason I'm asking is because I've tried searching for books and I've found many conflicting views on which is the best. As I understand, a combination of a couple would be a good idea. I heard that Princeton Review is good (and I like their AP books since they haven't really failed me yet), but searching around here and other places on the internet, I'm finding negatives about every other book.

So basically, I would like the know two things. Is it even possible for me to raise my score 2 points in a short amount of time (next test)? And what other book should I get to go with the Princeton Review ACT prep book?

Thanks!
