Dr G definitely, and professor He in the chinese department.

Dr. Anderson of the Math department, but he left

Dr. Astrachan in the Computer Science Department

Dr. Sebahar in the Chemistry department!

Aside from the aforementioned, Erwin Chemerinsky of the law school - his undergrad constitutional law class is a legendary awesome 200+ person discussion section/lecture.

Ken Rogerson -- PPS / head of the media studies policy journalism certificate. hands down.

I'd actually have to go with two Dr. G's. The first being Dr. G of engineering fame who is referenced already and actually posts on this forum as well. But if you aren't an Engineer you may not ever meet him. (but you should, just make some engineer friends and come to our E-socials)

The other Dr. G is in the biology department and is enthusiastic about turtles. Actually I really liked the combination of him (Grumwald) and Nowiki. (both of those are probably horrendous mispellings as I am on a slow computer and can't go find the correct ones right now) They really made lectures interesting and took an interest in students when they were in labs.

Actually, I'd say that is one of the big things that is needed for a professor to get on my good list. If they activally try and help students during parts of the class that are run by TA's (labs) then I'd say that they are cool in my book.

(A couple more that get honorable mentions are Dr. Sebahar in the chemistry department and my Physics 63 professor who's name escapes me)
