best programs for arabic immersion?

I've been looking into study abroad programs in the Middle East for some time now because I know I'm interested in the region and probably want to do volunteer work in the region after college. Because I want to spend time there, becoming fluent in Arabic is really important to me. So I was wondering if anyone on here knew which programs in the Middle East were best for becoming fluent in Arabic. Right now, my top two country choices would be Palestine and Egypt because of their history, but I've heard that a lot of Palestinians speak English and that at Egypt's main school (or at least the main one people go to), the American University of Cairo, it's really easy to get by speaking English. I would prefer to find a program that goes beyond just language classes, but the most important thing for me is really being immersed in Arab culture and the Arabic language. Does anyone know of any specific programs that would fit what I'm looking for?
Thanks so much for any advice you can share :)

AmidEast has a pretty good reputation. They have several locations over North Africa/the Middle East, including Morroco, Egypt and Jordan. You should look into it.
