What would be the best resource for the writing multiple choice section?

Also I've heard the writing section is less valued as compared to cr and math... is there truth to that?

No…i love my writing section. ![]()
You will only need BB. seriously.

go through it and learn all the different types of questions that can be coined up yp ETS.
after you memorized those, you are good to go.

There are extremely good strategies and tips in Barron`s 2400 but do not do thei practice questions, just the review.

I’d suggest the Mc Grawhill’s SATII Writing book (old SATII) for those multiple choice questions. It’ll take you a few days or so to finish. So just concentrate and be diligent and you should be fine.

Oh my 200th post :D

^ I used McGrawhill’s SAT book for the new writing section and it was pretty good too. I mostly used it for basic grammar rules (summarized it nicely) and a few practice questions.

The BB is the best to practice actual questions…

Actually the cheapest way to practise is to buy the Official QOTD 2009 calendar
365 questions (121 writing questions) made by the test maker.

^^yeah but the qotd calendar is the same as what’s online for free…

i mean if you want all the questions right away then yes buy it but you can do the question online for free so i don’t see why you’d buy it
