<p>Which is better GSU or Poly though? Also, I did get the pres. scholarship at oglethorpe but I still need to see my fin. aid package to see if I get enough to cover the tuition.</p>
<p>For your purposes, probably Poly. They’re probably gonna take the science courses more seriously, I guess. Also, they are much smaller, so it’s more conducive to success which you will need if you plan to transfer.</p>
<p>I understand why Poly but I visited the Poly campus and it wasn’t that attractive. e.g. campus right next to car dealership, marietta looks like middle of nowhere.</p>
<p>Well if that’s important to you then don’t go. However, it isn’t like GSU is attractive. It’s in a solid location amenities wise, but it’s not much of a campus. I guess it’ll be cool to be where the action is, and the school you aspire to attend is very close.</p>
<p>I have a friend who transferred from Southern Poly and he is doing well at Tech. My coop mentor and a bunch of the guys in my department are southern poly grads. If your looking for a school similar to Tech you should look at S. Poly.</p>
