I have the Kaplan right now, but I'm sure how well its preparing me. I really need to get a 750+ on this and I'm taking a pretty bad AP US history course right now (bad teacher). So for anyone that got a high score, please tell me what book// strategy you used.

how much time do you have? if a lot, I highly recommend the AMSCO book. buy it from their website, as you'll get ripped off on amazon.

if you don't have a lot of time, then I don't know.

AMSCO + College Board U.S. History pratice test book.

barron's APUSH flash cards are quick to read and informative...

Well I have around 3 months. I do have my text book, but I don't want something that will be extremely difficult to read or take too long

err...i didn't get an 800, but a good book that covered a lot/most of the stuff that was on the subject test today is SAT US. history for Dummies

sigh, this is really hard. I just want something that will help me score well on the AP and the SAT IIs that's not like a million pages long

I got a 790 and recommend the REA book. You can get it at Barnes & Nobles or online at Amazon. The review is ~250 pages. AMSCO is amazing as well.

How come I can't find this AMSCO book that everyone is talking about. Can someone please put up a link or something. Also, does any know if CRACKING THE AP US HISTORY(princeton review) is any good?
