Best School for both Business and Engineering

What schools / programs are best for double majoring?
Especially in business and engineering

My personal Top Pick is UPenn Jerome Fisher Program

What do you guys think?

Some other good ones are

Carnegie Melon - SHS program lets you take classes from engineering and Biz
USC - Allows double majoring and is a decent college
MIT
UVA
Penn State
RPI
WUSTL

Which College do you think is best to double major in,
one that is good at both Business and Engineering?

MIT definitely has a lot of people who complete majors in both engineering and management -- a very high percentage of management majors are double-majors, most with an engineering field. MIT is also considering changing its rules to make it much easier for students to double.

That's interesting
I like the MIT methodology a lot,
though from what I heard their current double major program takes 5 years to complete.

Ill star Top Ranked Schools That are good at double majoring

*Upenn Jerome Fisher - My personal Favorite
*MIT - Engineering is Obviously Very Strong, Sloan management is pretty good as well
Carnegie Melon - SHS program lets you take classes from engineering and Biz
USC - Allows double majoring and is a decent college
UVA
Penn State
RPI
WUSTL

Nope, I doubled in four years. I mean, it involves taking heavy courseloads, but I don't actually know anyone at MIT who took five years to double. If a double would take five years, most people just single-major and take elective classes in the other department.

I see,
I was talking to a friend who got into Jerome Fisher and he said he chose
the Fisher program over MIT because of it taking 5 years to complete at MIT. Guess he was wrong.

But in terms of Business school how do you think Penn and MIT stack up?

Whartons networking is pretty sweet.

Without a doubt I think MIT and CMU.

I hope wustl was a joke...

Lehigh IBE

University of Texas has a top ranked business program and a top ranked engineering program.

UT Austin, MIT, U Penn, Cornell, USC, U Michigan, Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon

B t' da Erkeley

UT Austin, MIT, UPenn, UMich

I second the suggestion for Lehigh's program. It's based off Penn's Fisher program.

want to transer either ucla or usc (music or buisness major)?
im in one of the best transfer community colleges in California. i was wondering if how could i easily tranfer to a university-
first choice - usc 2nd- ucla.
im not worried about financially though and im not really a very very smart student but very hardworking and focused in college.

im thinking of business or music major. either the two would work for me. my parents wants me to take business (which is good) but i love to sing(no instruments though) Im very passionate about my singing. what is the best way to transfer and how hard and how could it be possibly easy to get to a university. is there a minimum gpa????

if i push through a music major, am i required to play instruments or can i focus on my craft in singing. i would love to take business but heard it takes so long.

pls help me out people.
