CLEMSON

i want to go to a big university with the whole football teams and basketball etc. with a lot of people. ( because i feel its more apart of the college experience)

A: Football Saturdays with people tailgating the whole day, and 80,000 people in the stadium and a great environment for basketball. We have ranked teams in both sports and baseball is great too.

It has to be in the east side of the country because i do want to get out my state of CT, but i dont want to go soooo far away that if anything happens to me my family is on the other side of the country.

A: South Carolina is on the east side of the country.

I want it to be academicly up to par with lots of majors to choose from

A: We have TONS of majors here. The list: [Majors : Clemson University](http://www.clemson.edu/academics/majors.html/)

very diverse ( to meet differnt people)

A: Diversity is improving at Clemson, we have a lot of minority graduate students and there are growing numbers in the undergraduate area. Geographically, most of the people are from South Carolina because it is a state school but there are people from every 50 states. In fact our recent elected student vice president is from Kodiak, Alaska!
