Best School for Pol Sci/IR

I am planning on studying political science with an IR emphasis. I'm not 100% sure what my career plans will be, but I would most likely go on to grad studies (perhaps law school). I have narrowed my college choices to UCLA (Honors), UCSB (Regents), Claremont McKenna and USC. I am in-state and do not qualify for FA.

I realize that those four schools are very different in character, but I like them equally in terms of location, setting, social environment, etc. So here are my questions - which of these options has the strongest academic program in Pol Sci/IR; and which would position me best for grad school? Would either Claremont McKenna or USC truly be worth twice the price tag of UCLA or UCSB ($50k pa would be a stretch for my parents)?

If you plan on continuing to graduate school, I would say stick to the UC’s.
