<p>I am interested in helping people who are in abusive relation or were in a abusive relationship or handicapped, poor. Which major would that be and which best school is there in Pennsylvania?</p>

Undergrad in social work, then go on to MSW (Masters in Social Work) (if you choose to). Or study psychology, criminology, or sociology as an undergrad, then go on to get your MSW.
