<p>Assuming you'll have a perfect essay, I'd say the best school that you could get into is UPenn.</p>
<p>However, that doesn't mean you should go there. Based on your desired major, goals, campus life preference, and locational preferences, you should research, find the college that's right for you, and aim for your admission.</p>
<p>I'd say you're in the running for the top 35 schools is 96%. As in chances you'll get into 1 out of the top 35.</p>
