I want to major in finance but I can't find many schools that offer a finance program. Can someone please suggest some to me? I am looking at schools of all levels. This is for undergrad. Thanks

Wharton, Carnegie Mellon, Stern, Sloan, McIntire, Kenan-Flagler, … there’s plenty. A lot of them don’t necessarily give you a bachelors in finance, but you just take a concentration in finance. For example, at McIntire you would get a bachelors in commerce with a concentration in finance.

thanks. What would you say is the most prestigious after Wharton and Sloan? Those two are difficult to get into and I was wondering which program would be good and slightly easier to get into

For finance, according to US news:

1 Wharton

2 Stern

3 Ross

Wharton is very hard to get into - Stern and Mich are easier, but are getting increasingly more difficult to enter. I have a friend who got into an Ivy League, but not Stern.

thanks. Do you think it would be better to go to Stern or an Ivy in terms of job prospects?
