What are they??

yale is one of those schols

Huntsman..joint-degree program at UPenn.. is #1

does anyone have any sites/lists for schools with great IR programs?? how does USC fit into the equation?

American U, GWU, Georgetown, have some of the best IR programs and the location of these schools couldn't be better.

Here's a good list of some schools with good IR programs. Unfortunately USC is not remotely known for IR.

I saw a list of the only schools in America to have separate institutions on campus dedicated to international relations; American, Georgetown, George Washington, Brown, USC, University of Washington, Columbia, Yale, and some more that are grad schools.

B407 you dont really know what youre talking about. USC has their own school for international affairs and its top ranked. get out

Tufts and Brown

Tufts, JHU, Georgetown, Princeton, Harvard -- top-tier
Brown, Columbia -- next I
American, GWU -- next II

American U, Georgetown

Georgetown in my opinion is the best in the area of IR. If you have good grades, and want to study IR, try for The School of Foreign Service at Georgetown.

^ ^ ^ No one school is definitively better than the other. Gtown is not "the" best. Schools like JHU and Tufts could easily claim the same thing. One school cannot be singled out as no.1, sorry.

Middlebury ... not only bc of IR, but IR without a Language is useless in the job market, and Midd is by far the best place to master a Language, esp if you go to the Summer Language School.

gtown sfs +2
