<p>Does anybody have suggestion for good schools with international relations, and is cheap, and offers good merit aid to URM's.</p>
<p>Georgetown has amazing international relations and its location can't be topped; however, it's not cheap by any standards and doesn't offer merit based aid. You could, however, probably get money if you qualify for need based. Being URM helps alot, too. Otherwise, work your butt off for outside scholarships, I guess. </p>

<p>yes Jhu! Jhu and Georgetown are the best schools for this major. But both are not so cheap.</p>
