<p>Iowa State had the first Statistics program in the country.</p>
<p>I think Penn State’s is pretty good.</p>
<p>U of Florida has an excellent Statistics program.</p>
<p>Also, Wisconsin, Carnegie Mellon, UNC, and Cal-Berkeley have great Stats programs. </p>
<p>Most of the top Stats programs are outside the Ivy League.</p>
