<p>Check craigslist for jobs in your area. If you don’t mind a sleepaway camp, sometimes they have summer counselor jobs. You can make about $4000+ for a few weeks of summer depending on the camp and your experience.</p>
<p>Lifeguard comes to mind. That seems to be the only job our city is still filling. But you have to get the certification first - this is a good time to do it. My daughter starts her class next week.</p>
<p>tutoring, if you can find enough students and are good enough for it. it helps too, if you got into a good school</p>
