Best SUNY for me?

Hi! I'd definitely like to go to a SUNY school and I'd really like to be a history major. I'd also like a good language program, so I could continue taking French and/or Latin and maybe learn Russian or Italian. I don't have a preference for size, though small-medium sized classes would be nice.

I have a weighted GPA of 97.76 (95 unweighted), have taken 4 AP classes and 3 SUNY classes, and got a 1980 on the SATs (610 in math, 660 in writing, and 710 in reading).

So far, I'm mostly looking at Cortland, UAlbany, and Stony Brook. Would these be good fits for me? Do you have an experience at any of these schools or any other recommendations? Any help would be appreciated!

I’m a double history major at Binghamton and I really like it.

I’m wondering why new paltz isn’t on your list. It would be a mat h for you, and they have a strong liberal arts curriculum which would help if you ever decided you wanted to add education to your history major. It’s a great town, and is closer than Albany to the city. It’s certainly worth a look!

Yeah i think you’re good fit for Binghamton.

Binghamton. I’d be wary of Albany since the last I’d heard was that they were cutting languages. Check that out.
