Best SUNY for trans students?

Hello! I am a senior in HS and I am looking for a SUNY that suits my needs. I am a trans girl at the very beginning of my transition. I want somewhere I can safely continue that and where I won’t have to worry about being myself. Here are the schools I’m looking at.

(P.S. I wish to major in Geography or Linguistics, so it would be great if anyone knows how good the programs are!)

Binghamton
New Paltz
Geneseo
Oneonta

Albany, Binghamton, and Buffalo are the only campuses in the SUNY system which offer majors in BOTH Geography AND Linguistics. I don’t know enough about the LGBTQ atmosphere on the different SUNY campuses to comment on that issue.
