<p>I know quite a few out-of-state students on full tuition at Stony Brook, all in the Honors College. You exceed the minimum ACT/GPA required to apply to Honors, so consider checking that out.</p>

<p>Stony Brook seems to be pretty big on courting OOS students, so even if you don’t do Honors, you might have an okay shot at getting some money.</p>
