Best time for Transfer students to apply?

<p>When is the best time for transfer students to apply? I read how most schools have a deadline as march 15 but when is a good time to apply to get first pick?</p>

<p>When/how early you apply really has a minimal affect if any at all. Other than that, fall semester transfers have more transfer acceptances.</p>

<p>For schools with specific deadlines, when you apply doesn’t matter, but earlier is better for schools with rolling admissions, for example:</p>

<p>i decided to get the ball rolling on transfer apps last night, only to discover that the schools i’m looking at don’t have their apps available yet…</p>

<p>Has the application process for UC Transfer begun yet?</p>

<p>I believe the UC Transfer Applications have begun as deadlines are in November. Depending on the school, sometimes it is easier to transfer in for Spring Admissions, just because not a whole lot of individuals apply.</p>

<p>AirUpThere15 - No, the UC Transfer registration is during the month of November and the deadline is the end of November.</p>

<p>Thanks for the response. I thought the deadline end was not until February? Is there something I should be doing right now to get ready for the application? Is there anyway I can look at the essay right now?</p>
