<p>hello! I'm a junior in high school and I've been thinking about when to take the SAT. I took classes over the summer and many of my friends are taking the SAT on October. I know that I'm not prepared so I'm not going to take it this October, but I was wondering when would be the best or ideal time to take the SAT. I'm planning on taking it this January but I have midterm so Idk... help? )':</p>

<p>Generally students take it once in the spring of 11th grade and once in the fall of 12th grade. But you really can take it whenever you feel ready. You can take it 3 times if you need to, but more than that is frowned upon</p>
