Best tools to reach a 36 on ACT?

I made a 26 on my first ACT which I took in October 2012, but I'm only in 10th grade. I have Barron's ACT book but I have heard it's too hard. I know I can make a 36 or very close to it on the ACT, so what are the best books, CDs, DVDs, etc for just that? I plan on taking it in the summer of 2013 or in September so I have a great amount of time to prepare.
If you can be very specific, what books are best for each section? I need a book that is great for preparing for math and science since those were my lowest scores.

Thanks in advance :)

For Math and Science try Barron’s ACT Math and Science workbook. It’s really good if you need to not only review concepts and strategies, but IMO its detailed enough that you could even use it to learn some material you might not be familiar with. It’s known for being harder than the actual ACT material, but it covers (in depth) any possible type of math or science question you might see on the ACT. I’m like you and am amazing at English and Reading and have no problem getting near perfect scores there, but I was usually getting 24s and 25s on Math practice tests, so I did like an hour of the Barron’s Math a night a week before the test and I got a 27 math on the actual ACT! So I imagine if you don’t procrastinate like me it could really help you.

I’m a junior and I’ve been told many times not to read the mumbo jumbo in the paragraphs and to skip straight to the actual questions. Unless it asks for a thing in the passage, don’t read it or so I’ve been told. For the math, I usually just use common sense for most of it, so I really can’t help you there.
