Best UC for Undergrad Computer Science?

Out of UCLA, UCSD, UCI, UCD, and UCSB, which has the best program for undergrad computer science and why?

I have heard that UCSB is more undergrad focused when it comes to research whereas other UC’s tend to be more graduate focused. I don’t really have any proof to back that up though. What are your thoughts?

UCSB research does in fact rely more heavily upon undergraduate participation in research because the graduate student population is VERY small. You will find more research opportunity for undergrads at any campus where the grad student population is low.
