<p>Berkeley. However UCLA is on the verge of taking over… They have Dr. Terrance Tao (Field’s medal winner - young, genius professor); many think he’s the best mathematician of our generation. UCLA’s research with harmonics and randomness is the latest thing…</p>
<p>So UCLA would be my preference (note: UCLA is recognized for their graduate and post doctoral studies, not so much their undergrad program).</p>
