Best undergrad environmental science programs?

I'm interested in studying environmental science but I don't know which colleges have good programs in ES.
Out of these schools, which are best for environmental science? What about any others not on this list?

Boston U
Brown
Cal Poly SLO
Carnegie Mellon
Colorado College
Emory
Haverford
Macalester
NYU
Northeastern
Northwestern
Reed
Stanford
Tufts
UCSB
UCSC
UChicago
UMass Amherst
U of Michigan
U of Minnesota: Twin Cities
UPenn
U of Pittsburgh
U of Washington
Washington U in St. Louis

Also, I know people recommend learning engineering or poli sci along with environmental science a lot, how would business go with ES?

I have a 4.3 weighted, 3.74 unweighted.
ACT of 33 and 32 but it's 35 when superscored,

Oberlin.

I’ve been considering Oberlin but I don’t think I’d like the area. Thanks for the suggestion.

Other than the lack of earth science courses, Emory has a very strong environmental science program. Not only is it one of the more hands on programs I’ve seen (and I work with a lot of ES majors from various institutions), but it’s located on a campus where sustainability is a huge selling point. If you’re considering Emory for ES also give serious thought to starting at Oxford. IMO the intro ES courses are much more involved than the ones at Main (I went to Oxford for ES before transferring to the University of Oklahoma).

I’d be a bit cautious about Reed. The ES program is fairly new and in many ways it seems as though it only came about because someone figured out that the college could have an ES major if only they took already existing courses from other departments and slapped them together to satisfy student demand.
